On a beautiful summer day in August 2024, we gathered at Tiposs Lake to celebrate Mel’s graduation—an event we had eagerly anticipated for a year! Mel proudly earned her BA in Business Leadership, and I couldn’t be more proud of her remarkable journey. Mel, you absolutely DID IT!

Adventure sessions are my favorite because they allow me to focus on my clients amid stunning mountain backdrops. Booking a mountain session not only provides a unique and picturesque setting that enhances your photos, but it also creates a relaxed atmosphere perfect for capturing genuine moments. Plus, it’s a fantastic way to explore beautiful landscapes together, making for an unforgettable experience!

Reflecting on her experience, Mel shared the many sacrifices she made along the way: late nights, cutting short weekend plans, and even doing homework by the pool in Hawaii. She transformed the global pause during COVID into an incredible opportunity for personal growth and education. Despite her doubts about balancing full-time work and school, she persevered and proved to herself that she could succeed.

Mel included her husband, Sam, in a few shots, and I cherished the opportunity to capture their special moments together. Congratulations once again, Mel—you’ve truly earned this moment, and I am so excited to see what the future holds for you!

Maya + Evelyn

My client Maya wanted to capture some beautiful moments with her daughter Evelyn while she is still so tiny—just 3 weeks old.

We ventured to North Bend during the golden hour, a location I absolutely adore. In the summer, the tall wheat grass and stunning mountain backdrop create a magical setting, and lucky for us, we had the entire area to ourselves. To top it off, Evelyn peacefully slept throughout the entire session, which made it even more special.
